She began her career at Olivares & Cía, later becoming a partner at Hinojosa Álvarez & Asociados S.C. As in-house counsel at Mojito, an NFT software company backed by CAA and Sotheby’s, she handled IP, product, and compliance for brands entering Web3, including Mercedes-Benz and Pernod Ricard. At Helium Network, she managed intellectual property, marketing, product, and securities regulation. She now leads her own practice in the U.S. and Mexico while collaborating with Jayaram Law and serving as of counsel for a crypto-focused firm.
